Valley Group: COVID-19 Policy

With COVID-19 restrictions removed in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, Valley Group of Companies has reviewed and updated their COVID-19 Policy. Protecting the health of our employees and customers is our top priority; as such we are implementing the following policy for all Valley Group locations.

Employees Testing Positive for COVID-19

If an employee tests positive for COVID-19, we require the employee to isolate away from the workplace. Isolation away from the workplace would start the day after the employee tests positive. Isolation away from the workplace for vaccinated employees would include any workdays within 5 days after testing positive.  Isolation away from the workplace for unvaccinated employees would include any workdays within 10 days after testing positive. If a household member tests positive, the employee is to self-monitor only.

Mask-Optional Policy

Masks are no longer required for employees and customers. Wearing a mask in the workplace is optional and based on the personal preference of our employees and customers.
